• Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients.


• Meeting sales targets and objectives.


• Understanding the specific requirements of clients for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.


• Coordinating with various departments to ensure successful event execution.


• Overseeing the logistics of events, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, etc.


• Creating and managing budgets for MICE events.


• Negotiating with vendors to get the best deals within budget constraints.


• Effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.


• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners.


• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.


• Identifying new opportunities and areas for growth in the MICE market.


• Handling challenges and troubleshooting during the planning and execution of events.


• Familiarity with event management software and other relevant tools.


• Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
