CLIENTS AND VILLAS MANAGER


Client and Villas Manager responsibilities include greeting clients as they arrive, coordinating their check-ins and facilities. Offer stellar customer service and provide memorable hospitality experiences for our guests. You would have previous hospitality experience. Our ideal candidates have a flair for communication, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner. Ultimately, you will manage guest services and agency image by answering guests’ requests and making sure our visitors are satisfied.
DUTIES INCLUDE:

Attending most of the check ins and check outs.
Responsible for the cleaning schedules and the maintenance of the villas.
Arrive before the check ins to check the house and make sure it is perfectly ready for the clients.
When needed she or he will be helping the cleaners to make sure the villa is ready on time.
Making sure that all consuming supply are always in stock and ready for every check in.
Responsible of towels and bedsheets stock
Responsible for sales and stocks. She will be doing the shopping when needed.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Spanish and good English is a must, French would be a plus together with other languages.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
Very good computer skills.
In possess of a private car

Salary depending on experience.
