  • Multinational company hardware maintenance|Technical Support Engineer - onsite interventions whenever needed

Multinational company hardware maintenance.




  • Work cases with different issues reported by customer, asking for additional logs and command results if needed.

  • Establish a diagnosis within 30 minutes after case reception.

  • Diagnose the logs and information available and create a technical analysis for the field engineer to go onsite and execute.

  • Assist remotely technician executing the technical analysis, supporting him for additional questions, maintaining ownership and accountability, or in some cases executing himself the Action Plan in customer premises.

  • Maintains current knowledge of new product upgrades and features.

  • Works with Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and appropriate billing charges for new and existing customers in case of case not covered through our standard contracts

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as OEM guidance documents, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Bachelor Degree in in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Robotics Engineering.

  • Minimum 3-5 years related work experience in multivendor products such as servers storages and network equipment's.

  • Knowledge of Servers, Storage and Networks environment (DELL/IBM/HPE etc)

  • Systems administration (Unix, Linux and/or Windows Servers) is an added advantage.
