Requisitos mínimos
Responsibilities:
· Handle and resolve product queries and customer support advisor for an important social media company.
· Ability to work on case volumes and across email and chat channels.
· Provide customer satisfaction metrics by ensuring service quality through case journey and regular updates across main touchpoints.
· Drive adherance to service levels across different channels and achieve best in class productivity, impact resolution times for end customer.
· Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types.

Qualifications required:
· BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
· 2-5 years of digital advertising or technical customer support/operations experience.
· Experience in contact centre is a plus in any advertising tech company.
· Product support customer experience is desirable as well as customer support through email and chat.
· Basic understanding regarding digital marketing and social media products.
