Senior SAP FICO Consultant

• Multinational company |Experience as SAP FICO Consultant (at least 6 years)

Multinational company (Manufacturing) in full international development.

• Configure and design software solutions and implementation tools within SAP FI/CO Module to meet business requirements and specifications.


• Coordinate closely - and with a proactive approach- with the business areas the design of requirements and solutions.


• Management of projects from consulting and project initiation to handover to the business teams.


• Prepare functional designs and execute Implementations, migrations, tests, SAP process improvements and customizing.


• Anticipate business needs and identify & propose collaboratively IT solutions to fulfill their needs.


• Ensure the overall effectiveness of SAP FICO Module and proactively evaluate, recommend and implement cost & productivity effective improvements.


• Ensure that implemented applications are supporting the business processes and ensure consistent utilization.


• Perform training to end users and writing processes.


• Investigate and solve incidences while diagnosing their root causes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.


• Complementary Education in SAP or IT from an accredited institution will be welcomed.


• 5-7 years of proven experience within the IT area and business environment as SAP FICO Consultant / SAP FICO Business Partner.


• SAP SD experience would be helpful to support overarching processes.


• Demonstrated capability in executing IT implementation initiatives in complex, cross-functional and dynamic environments.


• Working knowledge of the industry, major business processes and key performance indicators.


• Demonstrated breadth and in-depth knowledge of FICO SAP module, including financial closing and invoicing processes.


• Solid understanding of current and planned IT architecture, platforms and solutions that support the business.


• Superior customer relationship management skills, ability to influence, be trustful and ability to communicate effectively with various levels of staff and areas.


• Strong Teamwork skills adding value to the Group, and always eager to propose improvement actions with personal responsibility and a proactive approach


• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.


• Availability to travel if necessary.


• ABAP knowledge will be highly appreciated.
