Main Responsibilities:
* Accountable for defining the portfolio strategy for the company.
* Ensure Pipeline Growth by creating an ideation eco-system and proactively identifying new
product opportunities from generic to value added medicines.
* Create, maintain, and promote internal and external ideation platforms.
* Lead cross-functional ideation teams and new product idea discussions.
* Ensure, implement, and continuously improve a consistent methodology and process for all
new pipeline evaluations,
* Represent the company in relevant conferences and other industry events.
* Build and and maintain a network with industry professionals in portfolio and related
functions to support external ideation.

Successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration
* Demonstrated record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical industry in portfolio related
functions, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience
* Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
* High analytical skills
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and consolidating external data sources
* Positive, team player, resilient and result oriented attitude with an
entrepreneurial/commercial driven mindset and strong relationship management skills
