Important multinational group, with offices in America, Asia, Europe and the United Kingdom.




Reporting to the head of the Project Management department, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Work with Sr PM to review project schedules, budgets and goals.

  • Collaborate with senior management to help achieve our organization's goals in Europe.

  • Provide coordination for kick off meetings for projects and ensure that Landlords and all relevant stakeholders in Europe are aware of what is expected from them.

  • Facilitate communication across different projects and cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Finance).

  • Establish with Sr PM information and reporting procedures.

  • Weekly reporting to Sr PM on general update of all ongoing projects in terms of design progress, target cost, deadlines and raise any technical issues of each of the projects.

  • Provide local PM with Page Group's corporate agreements and purchasing guidelines.

  • Monitor the status of each project in terms of cost and planning alongside local PMs and keep Sr PM updated.

  • Oversee projects are closed properly and all related documentation is provided (e.g. As Built Plans).

  • Assist on the evaluation, selection, purchase, delivery and installation of furniture to PageGroup offices across Europe.



Complementary Tasks:

Facilities management (FM):

  • Support on regional projects related to Building services in Europe such as cleaning and maintenance

  • Collection of Property and FM Data for further analysis.

  • Collaboration with IT Team for the proper technology integration of Building services tools (e.g. access management).

  • Make sure our offices in Europe comply with global projects and policies regarding Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Safety.



Corporate Real Estate & Portfolio Management:

  • Look for local Real Estate partners for new office searches.

  • Run local market searches / benchmarks.

  • Support the production of Business Cases related to Property projects.

  • Maintain and update the Lease portfolio database and provide regular reports.

Requisitos mínimos
  • A degree in field relevant to the assigned project (Technical Architect, Architect, Civil Engineer, Public Works Engineer).

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Construction Project Management.

  • Expertise in executing and overseeing fit out as well as installation of office furniture.

  • Fluent English and German.

  • Previous experience in an international environment is desirable.
