Drive Growth:

  • Quota responsibility: meet and exceed pipeline and NB ARR goals.

  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reports.

  • Ensure sales excellence: sales process (MEDDPICC), strong forecasting, accurate sales reporting, metric analysis, sales incentive and recognition planning and execution, and a strong focus on IC participation.

  • Define and implement strategies for expanding customer base.

  • Increasing TAM: lead new markets launch by developing and implementing strategies for expanding target base and market share, by adjusting and evolving programs over time to meet these goals

  • Motivate your team: using our fun and SPIFF budgets, design and implement effective and motivational team building activities and sales incentives.

Requisitos mínimos
  • At least 5 years' sales experience and minimum 2 years' sales management experience. 2nd line sales management experience is preferable.

  • Experience reaching and exceeding business goals in the technology industry with SaaS products.

  • Experience with marketing or business support in developing product, solution messaging, narratives, and value propositions.

  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.

  • Effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.

  • Demonstrated organisational and project management skills.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.

  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
