• Establish strategy and build communications and engagement program within Eden


• Lead the development and execution of communication and change engagement plans and materials


• Serve as trusted communication and change advisor on routine, and confidential business initiatives


• Coach leaders on effective spoken and written communication to support engagement initiative


• Maintain a big-picture perspective; able to link programs, activities, and communications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations or equivalent


• 7+ years related experience within communications, change management, or associate engagement


• Bilingual level of English


• Experience in multi-site/country highly dispersed field associate base operating in multiple languages


• Comfort and agility in building rapport with senior leaders and supporting executive communications efforts


• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where initiative, accountability, prioritization, and flexibility count


• Energetic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but is self-sufficient on their responsibilities


• Strong relationship building skills and able to collaborate with partners at varying job levels


• Ability to show good judgment and discretion in sensitive and confidential matters


• Established track record of consistent delivery and meeting or exceeding expectations
