  • Logistics coordinator with analytical skills

Important pharmaceutical company based in Vallés Oriental(Barcelona), is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. Reporting to the Logistics and Warehouse Manager, the incumbent is responsible for continuous availability of defined minimum inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, auxiliary materials, MRO's or any other component or item with agreed suppliers and service level agreements in order to guarantee a lean operation in the plant.




  • Monitoring actual supplier lead times, supply size consignments and service levels in order to draw up the supply plan of starting references(raw materials, packaging, mro's…)

  • Drawing up a purchase forecast, based on the master production schedule and greed inventory plan, in consultation with the buyer.

  • Responsible for the timely and completely running and monitoring the materials re-equipment planning(MRP).

  • Monitoring timely and complete conversion of the MRP output and manual calculation output to purchase requisitions, including the call off orders to be sent to the qullified and agreed upon suppliers based on the deployed frame-work agreements.

  • Checking material and product availability in order to guarantee the fulfilment of inventory levels and securing constant supply availability of production and maintenance plant operation activities.

  • Monitoring of actual versus planned raw material supply plan and propose schedule corrections in consultation with the buyer.

  • Responsible for performance analysis based on the performance indicators and targets in the raw material supply plan.

  • Coordinating the detailed supply plan at sku level with the logistics supervisor, in order to have a lean and workable goods inbound flow.

  • Accountable for implementing and realizing the given inventory levels or starting materials.

  • Full time job: Monday to Thursday 7:15h-8:15h to 16:15h-17:30h and Friday from 7h to 15h

  • Hybrid between offices and home office. But the first months onboarding full time in the office.



Requisitos mínimos
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role.

  • Education in Engineering is a plus.

  • High level of excel is required, knowledge in SAP is a plus.

  • High level of English is a must.

  • Planning and analytical skills.

  • Skilled in leading transformations.

  • Oriented to process simplifications

  • Ability to create collaboration and partnership.

  • Strategic agility.

  • Planning and analytical skills.

  • Own car/motorbike is required, no public transport near de company.
