We are currently seeking a Junior Project Manager to join GTD SI&R. The successful candidate will work within the Project Management and Business Development Areas, providing support directly to a Project Manager and Key Account Manager (KAM). Responsibilities will include working on multiple projects simultaneously and interacting with technical teams, customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

Position activities:

• Give support in project management and bids preparation activities.


• Works progress monitoring, supervision of projects’ timeline, scope, costs.


• Manage requests for offers and orders with the purchasing department and suppliers.


• Follow the receipt of hardware and its stock


• Manage work permits with different clients.


• Keep different customer platforms updated.


• Give support to Project Managers/KAM in daily tasks.

Your profile:

• Minimun 1 year of previous experience with project management, bid/tenders management, administrative activities.


• Experience in automotive, railway, pharmacy, factories, manufacturing or similar is a must.


• Organizational and time-management abilities.


• Communication skills.


• Knowledge of MS Office/MS Project


• Rigorous, enthusiastic and collaborative person.


• Fluent English and Spanish

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in PMP methology
