• Implement, configure, and maintain software applications on organization servers and systems.


• Monitor application performance, identify issues, and take corrective actions to ensure continuous availability.


• Coordinate and apply updates, security patches, and improvements to keep applications current and secure.


• Investigate and resolve application-related issues, whether technical or functional.


• Maintain detailed documentation of application configuration and operation.


• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to understand application needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
