Requisitos mínimos

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university.

  • 5+ years experience in internal communications in an international organization, with special focus on change communications / managing change communications programs.

  • The ability to deliver high quality work in a professional, high pace environment.

  • Experience of using a variety of digital channels and media (Yammer, Teams, SharePoint Communication sites, innovative online solutions for interactive meetings).

  • Excellent writing skills, speaking and presentation skills in near native English.

  • A quick understanding of how departments work and operate.

  • Ability to cope/switch between different programs, managed in parallel.

  • Experience of designing and delivering effective change communications plans, change management, culture change, communicating change (including taking account of psychological drivers and existing cultural practices as barriers to change), influencing stakeholders, building relationships.

  • Culture awareness - find creative, impactfull and effective means of implementing change in a variety of countries.
