Define the strategic project roadmap, in alignment with the business goals, across the five core teams (SAP, CRM, ORBITUS, OWP, and Reporting).
Drive stakeholder management up to C-level business sponsors.
Lead the implementation and deployment of programs across the five core teams, by managing each of the five Team Leads, and ensure the programs are delivered in scope, on time, and on budget, and follow standardized procedures.
Manage the ICT budget across the five core teams.
Lead the Steering Committees for those programs that are considered critical or strategic within the area of responsibility.
Ensure the reporting and communications regarding the overall program status is performed in accordance to the defined processes, guidelines, and timelines.
Ensure delivery excellence based on defined processes and service levels.
Facilitate the adoption of new processes, solutions and tools by both the Global and Local business and ICT leaders.
Leverage expertise and seniority to influence the sizing of the projects in scope, as well as identifying and validating User Requirements.
Provide guidance to local Business and ICT Leaders in the execution of local ICT-related projects and initiatives.

Requisitos mínimos
Master degree from an accredited institution, with degree preferred in Computer Science or Information Technology systems security, or similar field (advanced degree preferred).
Consulting background in one of the Big 4 consulting firms.
Experienced in Industrial and/or Chemical sector.
PM Certifications (PMP, Prince2…).
Certified Scrum master, or other Agile certifications.
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
Driving License.
The candidate must be in possession of a EU working permit.
The candidate must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time-once the global pandemic health situation allows it
At least 10 years of experience Program Management within IT.
Sustained leadership in a large organization involving multiple stakeholders.
Proven experience in designing and managing a complex project roadmap/pipeline.
Management skills, including budget ownership, personnel administration, staff training and development.
Excellent understanding of potential impacts on cross functional processes.
Proven experience in IT System implementation with functional or technical background in at least one major package (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics…).
Strong understanding of software and infrastructure design/architecture processes.
