Global Leader Company specialized in Gaming Industry Headquartered in USA and located in Vallés Occidental.

The person will join the Engineering Department and will be in charge of:

• Installation and configuration of SG products.


• Provide customer training.


• Enable customers to be able to resolve most technical issues themselves.


• Providing technical support on-site, via email or telephone.


• Give clear verbal and written help to customers.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues both on site and remotely.


• Carry out planned preventive maintenance.


• Provide support to the production department.


• Travel 40% of time (Spain and Europe).

Skills & Requirements:

• Technical Engineering Degree. Preferably Telecomms or Electronics.


• 2-3 years of experience in a supporting technical role.


• Experiencie dealing with customers.


• Availability to travel 40%-50% of time.


• Electro-mechanical knowledge or experience would be welcomed.


• Languages: English B2, spanish.
