Customer service with Dutch - Travel

In this position you will provide an outstanding customer service for a clients that might have issues while traveling, working on behalf a leader insurance company.

Responsabilities:

• To know in detail the different type of policies of our clients and apply the corresponding conditions in each case
• Advice and orient customers towards an appropriate solution of theri cases, offering a rapid and tailored customer care response to their problems. 
• Coordinate all necessary actions to resolve clients request

Requirements:

• Dutch at native level
