IMAN Temporing is seeking for a Customer Service, to join the multicultural team of one of our clients - a leading global supplier in the areas of Mobility, Monitoring, and Customer Experience.

As a Customer Service Representative your daily responsibilities will be:
- To provide customer service support throughout email, chat and telephone contact.
- To answer all questions and claims from customers, as well as concerns suggestions or other formation related to the service (automotive).

What we offer you:
- A full-time job of 39 hours per week.
- Job located in Barcelona city.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 - 17h.

- Salary: Level 9 (15392'41) + Plus Languages (1339'80) + Language Adder FI (1339'80) + FI Bonus (pending confirmation, up to 1080 gross/year)

-Native level of Finnish
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service.
- Candidates must be available to work full-time in Barcelona, have a NIE and a Social Security Number.
