As part of the EU CRM Team, the CRM executive will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, implementation, reporting and analysis of B2C and B2B campaigns (email marketing, push notifications, etc.), following the marketing plans and briefs of some countries across EU, which requires constant stakeholders' management.

Required languages: Spanish and English.



Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with the CRM team to implement customer lifecycle and behaviour-led marketing campaigns.

  • Manage the planning, scheduling, testing and deployment of email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot platforms.

  • Database segmentation and management to target customer segments with specific campaigns.

  • Build strong working relationships with the EU marketing teams to support the overall marketing program.

  • Work closely with content and other marketing teams to manage content-based email activity.

  • Own the weekly reporting on key KPIs (open rates, click-throughs, conversion rates, unsubscribes etc). Analyse and provide recommendations and action plans with a clear strategy based on findings & data.

  • Implement best practices and identify areas of continued improvements.

  • Work with the compliance team to make sure that we are processing


  • Experience in a very multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)

Requisitos mínimos
  • 1+ years of experience in email marketing and/or CRM campaign implementation and management

  • Working experience with e-mail marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot, Selligent, Sendgrid, Sendinblue…

  • Fluency in English and German languages

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis: Excel, Power BI

  • Experience working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms. SQL, AMPscript skills would be an advantage

  • Excellent team player and strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to excel in an international and fast-paced environment, while keeping motivation and initiative

  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal and ability to build solid relationships at all levels

  • Great organization and management skills. Working experience with Jira, Trello or project management tools would be an advantage.

  • Problem solving capabilities and a positive 'can do' attitude.
