Operational excellence
Contribute through operational excellence and customers focused activities to enhance brand profile in the market, building the image of a trusted influenza vaccine leader
Contribute towards developing the marketing mix plan in alignment with the overall portfolio strategy and the medical activities. Ensure timely execution
Development of clear brand messages to be utilized in all marketing and communication materials
Development of marketing support material to promote the portfolio to different customer's channels and stakeholders, including direct mailers, advertising campaigns, etc.
Support material for the KAMs
Ensure all brand material and tools achieve high level of customer orientation; ensure strong attention to details to ensure material are always at the highest level of standard and in line with customers' needs and Farmaindustria code of practice
Develop knowledge of the key clinical papers and the related clinical evidence
Support organization of customer meetings, conferences and exhibitions, ad boards etc.
Preparation of power point presentations, referencing and sources of information
Good understanding of Farmaindustria code of practice
Support with briefing preparations for external agencies, market research and others
Liaise and coordinate with agencies and external suppliers

Marketing Projects
Lead development of flu awareness and product support campaign to enhance influenza uptake
Develop awareness material to enhance influenza uptake
Liaison with Customer Services to support distribution of materials to customers
Preparation of power point presentations, referencing and sources of information
Together with marketing and medical colleagues ensure all awareness and support materials are processed within VEEVA effectively and efficiently
Lead development of Spain portal marketing and content strategy
Develop content to drive traffic and customer engagement
Optimise portal use and drive online ordering
Responsible for managing A&P budget
A&P tracking, reconciliation of costs with finance; ensure expenses are within budget availability
Working with colleagues and finance to manage spend as per monthly phasing
Liaise with agencies and other partners to ensure prompt payment and accruals
Ensure full compliance with processes
Ensure 100% compliance with Farmaindustria code of practice, with all internal and external policies

Requisitos mínimos
University Degree (Life Sciences high valued)
More than 3 years as a Brand Manager for Hospital Pharmaceutical products (Vaccines high valued)
Advanced English Level
Skills and Capabilities: Ability to multi-task and work across projects, analytic, clear and effective communication, presentation, interpersonal and relationship building, excellent prioritisation, planning and organisational, dynamic and result driven, clear verbal and written communication, team player be able to engage and motivate cross-functional team
Technical Competencies: Pharmaceutical Marketing; Multichannel Marketing; Sales; Medical; Market Access; Field Force Effectiveness; External Affairs
Cross-functional interactions including but not limited to: KAMs, medical affairs, business operations, customers services, legal, finance, supply chain, EMEA and global teams.
Experience influencing on internal stakeholders; it is not foreseen to be responsible for negotiations with external stakeholders such as regulatory bodies or health authorities. The brand manager is involved in meetings with customers (HCP) in relation to enhancement / preparation of marketing activities, development of key messages and brand strategy.
