  • Outline and drive the global brand delivery schedule based on KPIs set together with the businesses we support in order to ensure maximum ROI
  • Ensure effectiveness of internal (business) relationships and communication
  • Establish the brand internally through effective and impactful internal communications
  • Define the brand proposition and its differentiators
  • Project development and coordination (internal and external communication tools)
  • Monitor, follow-up and evaluate the implementation progress of the plans and budgets with the business. Validate the monthly reporting & define monthly action plans
  • Drive improvements of different marketing channels
  • Competition monitoring and industry
  • Optimize existing actions, pilot & grow digital activity to further digitalize local marketing operations
  • Monitor, develop & drive new marketing approaches to pilot high-impact & innovative marketing actions
  • Execute and share best practices, promotions and campaigns with the other members of the marketing teams at the Shared Services Center and in local/regional office
