Effectively and efficiently coordinate the implementation and improvement of internal control processes in the area of Make to Demand, Order to Cash - Delivery, safety, business continuity and procurement.
Effectively communicate and report to several stakeholders (local Spanish Management Team, stakeholders in the Operational Company and the Risk & Control Manager).
Responsible to analyze processes and to optimize workflows
Realize improvements in production planning, production result registration, stock count, maintenance management, transportation planning and in-and outbound processes.
Implement a new MRP module (SAP BEAS) and optimize use of system settings.
Implement GIM Web software update and PDA system (devices).
Perform a business continuity risk assessment and define a facility continuity plan.
