We are recruiting for a Tender Administrative to join our team based in Madrid.

As part of the Rail Business, the Tender Administrative (TA) role will have main responsibility for supporting all administrative processes, in both national and international tenders on behalf of the company.

The TA will perform administrative tasks for international and national business, managing all administrative related aspects such as prepare customer documentation, manage tender submissions, awarding processes, etc. in coordination with the Bid & Sales teams. In addition, the TA will also be responsible for managing company administrative processes with State/Local Administrations and internal supporting tasks for the Bidding Area.

What are my responsibilities?

-Support the Bid & Sales team for the tender preparation and submission, including logistics or any service required (e.g., translations, notarizations, certificates, etc.)
-Analysis of administrative tender requirements from different customers.
-Preparation of all administrative documentation as per tender requirements.
-Manage the tender submission to customers, either via physical or telematic processes.
-Perform, support, and keep updated all administrative stuff required with State/Local Administration to enable company for tender processes, in collaboration with other company areas.
-Perform cost controlling of externalized services in Bidding area.
-Support on digitalization processes within the area or company.
-Continuous improvement of bidding practices and procedures in line with Siemens values.

What do I need to qualify for the role?

-Relevant experience in administrative tasks for medium/large companies.
-Knowledge of Spanish State and Local Administrations procurement processes (e.g. LCSP)
-Experience with electronic platforms for tender submissions (e.g. PLACE, Local Administrations)
-Previous experience associated with administration tasks in railways market and their tender submission processes is an advantage
-Best quality of work, time management and organizational skills
-Ability to work in a team environment and coordination with several areas of the organization
-Graduate or Degree qualified or equivalent
-Knowledge in all Microsoft packages.
-English & Spanish proficiency
