Importante empresa líder en su sector busca incorporar perfiles de Customer Service con Holandés e Inglés en su equipo.




  • Communication management in day to day queries of our clients and insurers through different channels but mainly phone (letter, fax, e-mail).

  • Coordinate and ensure follow-ups of the assigned contracts/clients.

  • Handle and process medical reports.

  • Keep records and filing up to date.

  • Think about and contribute to using the most efficient communication channels (phone, e-mail, letter)

  • Communication management in day to day queries of our clients and insurers through different channels but mainly phone and e-mail (also faxes and letters).

  • Translate communications, medical reports or other documents if needed.

  • Work according to the priorities indicated in the work plan and in order to keep under track the different KPIs (ASA, TAT, NPS, etc.)

  • Able to handle complaints and analyze them, identifying root causes that might lead to the improvement of customer satisfaction.


Contrato indefinido con la empresa

Salario: 17.000€ bruto/anual +3% de bonus

Horario: de lunes a viernes de 9 a 16:45

Ayuda al teletrabajo: 80€ mensual

Requisitos mínimos
  • Bachelor or similar by experience: Translation and Interpreting or Foreign Languages studies highly valued.

  • Active knowledge of English is a must (C1 level)

  • Active knowledge of Dutch (C1 level)
