TALENT ATTRACTION INTERN

5-6 months internship in Human Resources from the beginning of March 2023!

Your tasks:

At SanLucar we value modern personnel and training concepts to support our employees in every way and to make our company attractive for young talents. General personnel management, the organization around the application and hiring process of the new interns as well as the support in the implementation of our in-house training program are among your responsibilities. At SanLucar you will have plenty of opportunities to contribute your ideas and be in charge of responsible tasks.

What we offer you:

The work with us is as diverse as our range of fruits and vegetables and there are many exciting tasks to discover. During your internship, you will be supported by a tutor, who is responsible for your technical training and an Internship Supervisor for the general organization of your stay. We will carry out regular (at least two) evaluations with you and your work will be paid with 600€ gross per month. At the end of your internship, you will receive a certificate including evaluation and last but not least we offer a lot of sunshine, fresh fruits in the reception and many opportunities to participate in our international team.

Your profil:

• Business administration, human resources, international management, psychology or industrial science are your major subjects of study


• You speak very good English and Spanish, German would be a plus


• You have a sense of responsibility in your everyday work and work very precisely


• You have a quick comprehension skills


• You have a fast comprehension and are communicative and flexible


• You like to work independently and also in a team


• International experience would be an additional plus


• You can sign an internship contract through your university or scholarship
