Project Manager Laboratorio

Desde Grupo CRIT Hi Talent estamos buscando un/una Project Manager de Laboratorio para importante empresa ubicada en Murcia.

Job Purpose

Design, development and optimization of the production processes for new and existing products; laboratory scale and subsequent scaling-up to industrial plant.

Major Accountabilities

* Design and management of the laboratory development of the projects in charge.
* Coordinate the daily laboratory work of the Technology Technicians.
* Design and management of the scaling-up to industrial plant of the projects in charge.
* Generate the necessary technical information of projects in charge for its proper implementation at the level of production, engineering, safety, quality and environment.
* Document the projects adequately so they can be reproduced by another person in the company accomplishing with established quality requirements ISO 9001.
* Close collaboration with internal and external teams to improve results.
* Close communication with the Technology Manager for the discussion and supervision of all the above tasks.

Quality in projects results regarding profitability, sustainability and innovation.

Fulfilling in project timeline.

Education: Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Degree, PhD will be a plus.

Minimum requirements:

* Previous experience in the development and design of laboratory processes and analytical methods and subsequent industrial scaling-up.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
* Self-starter with high learning agility.
* Able to travel when required.
* Knowledge in fine chemistry, chemical engineering, natural extracts and food and pharma ingredients will be a plus.
