Telesales Agent. Flemish &French or Dutch

Leading company in protection and solutions of appliances and technology located in Madrid.
FUNCTIONS
- Answering calls of Belgian (French&Flemish) or Dutc (Flemish) clients with a repair request for appliances.
- Be responsible for the Customer Service and claim handling of our services.
- Registration of client´s details and information
- Making sales and offering extended warranties to the clients
- Booking repairs and appointments for the clients
REQUIREMENTS
- The Agent should have a strong commercial profile, capable of making sales and hitting targets.
- Languages: Fluent in Flemish and French or Dutch
- Spanish would be an advantage
- Sales experience 6 months
