Product Manager (Technology Company) (London)

Our client is a Software company specialized in secure digital transactions with a strong R&D component and international presence, looking to incorporate a technical Product Manager to support their growth.
In this position, you will work closely with the Head of Product and CPO, to whom you will report to.
The ideal candidate will understand the vision and strategy for our client?s products and services. To do this you will have sufficient understanding to determine market needs and meet those needs through the company?s products and services.
You will help define the product roadmap and establish clear requirements that developers will use to bring the company?s vision to life. In addition, you will be responsible for aligning the company?s products and services with the solutions demanded by the core market. This requires a strong technical background.
You will conduct customer research, monitor, and respond to feedback and metrics, and continuously drive customer experience improvements. You will lead day-to-day execution and delivery with constant reprioritization and adjustments along the way.

Job responsibilities:
-Ensure that the product complies with all product offerings. You will also actively seek out any issues or problems and resolve them by working with the development team.
-Help driving the product roadmap and identify and document use cases and user stories that will define product delivery priorities and timeline.
-To dive into the more technical parts of the product, strategy and build close working relationships with development, engineering, infrastructure, and networking teams.
-With your technical acumen and deep familiarity with the nuances and inner workings of the engineering organization, you will be able to review technical specifications, architecture and integration/incorporation plans, security, scalability, and infrastructure activities.
-Identify critical customer issues, user needs and potential solution concepts.
-Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.
-Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Be able to evaluate emerging products and companies to gauge their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on what new technologies to invest in or what new services to develop.
-Follow product development priorities and communicate product requirements to the development and marketing teams, and customers.
-Ability to create useful, high-quality diagrams, process flows and mock-ups to facilitate system design, specification, and knowledge transfer.

Experiencia requerida:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- A strong technical background to focus on the technical aspects of the product, working closely with the engineering, sales and marketing teams and the organization?s partners to target market trends.
- Experience in creating strategies, visions, business cases and competitive analysis to drive the product roadmap and identify and document the use cases and user stories that will define the priorities and delivery timelines for the new product.
- Previous experience in sectors such as SaaS solutions, cybersecurity, , etc.

Formación requerida:
Bachelor?s Degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline (software engineering, software development, computer science, etc.)
