The LCS Team creates long term relationships with our clients, where an Analytical Consultant is a key piece in establishing these trusted relationships through the insights and data that they build.

Overall Responsibilities:

As an Analytical Consultant of the Large Customer Sales team, you will be responsible for providing support to some of our largest advertising partners and supporting Google's Sales teams with game-changing insights and narratives.

This position requires a sharp, analytical mind, and an entrepreneurial spirit to proactively spot and act upon opportunities in our clients' business.




Work with our Client's commercial teams to:

  • Cultivate and acquire a thorough knowledge of industry dynamics and their competitive landscape. Develop an understanding of how Google's digital marketing solutions can address business challenges and marketing objectives.

  • Develop client-specific digital marketing narratives and strategies, advocating for Google AdWords and other products and how they can improve partner's marketing capabilities.

  • Develop client and industry information tools, and scale them through automatization.

  • Provide analytical insights regarding digital marketing capabilities and performance improvement opportunities and develop recommendations.

  • Develop insights-driven as well as actionable and high impact business recommendations that align with client marketing objectives and are founded on your understanding and analysis of Google, client and third-party market data.

  • Develop smart, integrated, research-based commercial proposals and dashboards to enhance Google's reputation with clients as a consultant and partner.

Requisitos mínimos

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently and idiomatically.

  • Two to four years' experience in an analytical role in business operations such as consulting, digital marketing, strategic marketing or business analytics.

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, effective problem-solving, organisational, project management and communication skills.

  • Experience with SQL-based database queries. [Experience with programming languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, Python, PHP, .NET) would be a plus.]

  • Experience building and automating reporting dashboards,



Desired

  • Ability to translate business problems into analysis frameworks and translate analysis results back into business recommendations.

  • Top-of-class storytelling skills, as well as ability to put together industry-wide and C-level presentations.
