Leading Industrial group specialized in steel recycling and recovery




* Promote the deployment of Safety, Quality & Environment policies (ISO9001 and ISO14001 based), standards and
procedures, specially in Safety, in all areas in the company facilities, achieving their real application
* Ensure effective compliance with Safety regulations
* Anticipate the company needs by generating the necessary spaces so that solutions can be given before they
occur
* Ensure compliance with current legislation on Health and Safety, and validate the correct actions in operations
area
* Work in close contact with the industrial activity and Warehouse, making on-site evaluations, while taking the
necessary measures (audits, etc)
* Use of tools and mehods for root cause analysis, development of corrective actions, monitoring and measurement
of effectiveness
* Continuos monitoring of KPIs, and frequent audits check
* Ensure that daily activity in the company meet proper Safety procedures
* Coordinate training activities for all people in Health and Safety

Requisitos mínimos

* Higher Education in Engineering
* Certified Education in Health and Safety (Master Degree or similar)
* Minimum 5 years experience as Safety Leader in industrial companies, managing operational, management and
procedures responsibility. Metal recycling and recovery experience is desirable
* Fluent in English
* Communication and planning skills, with strong abilities in leadership and teamwork
