Importante organización ubicada en Bilbao precisa incorporar a su plantilla una persona para trabajar como Asistente/a de documentación y archivo.
Main functions and duties under the supervision of the Head of the RSC Unit and in close coordination with the Documentation section team:
-Assist EU-OSHA staff in reviewing documents and carrying out archival
appraisal
-Carry out document preparatory work such as: order the documents, scanning
of the documents and describing the documents in line with instructions
from EU-OSHA staff.
-Assist EU-OSHA staff in ensuring that the relevant technical and archival
requirements for the transfer of documents are fulfilled.

Requisitos mínimos
PROFESSIONAL/EDUCATION BACKGROUND:
·Education in document management and management of archives desirable.
ESSENTIAL:
- Knowledge of and experience in electronic
document management/archival procedures
- English at C1 level.
- Detail-oriented and team player.
- Very good interpersonal skills and service-oriented
attitude.
- Knowledge of Office and Adobe reader.
