  • Set together with the Account Manager the strategy to develop the European Key Account.

  • Improve cross selling, revenues and service standards by accurately identifying opportunities through the countries and brands. Analyze and prepare data.

  • Communicate effectively with local Key Account Managers on their customer's activity, and ensure that the customer's requirements are being delivered.

  • Coordinate actions of accounts working closely together with EMEA Tender Team, National Tender teams and Finance Analyst.

  • Support our consultants with data & figures for Key Clients, regularly distribute information to stakeholders.

  • Manage all Key Account issues in accordance with the Company policies and the Supplier Agreements

  • Contribute and take the lead on various commercial projects

Requisitos mínimos
  • Fluency in English (any other European language would be a plus)

  • Capacity to adapt communication to a broad environment (13 countries, 4 Brands, 3 contract types, contact from Consultant to MD level)
