- Ability to provide the necessary reporting of Admissions KPI¡'s and metrics.

- Knowledge of Customer Systems, Data bases, CRM platforms at proficiency user level.
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook

- Excellent written and oral communication Skills in English, Spanish and Catalan
