The succesful candidate will be responsible for:
- To oversee and direct the seamless running of the restaurant, by providing a highly efficient and effective service while ensuring that all financial and statutory requirements are met, and supporting the delivery of outstanding customer service
- To ensure that customer service is well maintained by Senior and Junior management.
- Driving sales and ensuring that all targets are meet and the business is reaching the financial requirements in all aspects.
- Be actively involved in the selection and recruitment of personnel and continiously develop the team in all areas.
- Ensure that all systems and procedures introduced are adhered to at all times.

- At least 3 years of experience in positions of general management of restaurants supervising a big volume of team.
- Experience in lifestyle/trendy/dynamic/musical/entertainment restaurants in Barcelona is a must.- Being a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker.
- Bachelor's degree in catering/hospitality/f&b or similar will be valued.
