Identify and work closely with key customers and medical experts in the area and establish effective and trusted relationships with them.
Lead omnichannel strategy on the field using multiple communication channels to provide a seamless and consistent customer experience, enhance customer engagement, build relationships and increase sales.
Measure and manage business KPIs and optimize the effective allocation of resources to deliver the required business results, ensuring that the team also understands the definition of success.
Develop in-depth understanding of the Area market environment and of customers and stakeholders; communicate customer insights to internal stakeholders and support development of new business strategies; identify top business opportunities or gaps through analysis of available reports.

Requisitos mínimos
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams of similar size within the pharmaceutical sector.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Business Management is a must and Master Degree preferably.
Office advanced level. Digital fluid.
Fluent in Spanish and English written and spoken.
Others: Driver's license is mandatory
Demonstrated people management and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and selling skills.
Strong commercial and financial acumen to understand and follow up business results.
High orientation to results.
