Requisitos mínimos
MSc or PhD in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Strong theoretical and practical background in machine learning and in particular with deep learning.
Experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras ideally, in their application to segmentation of medical images in Python and C++.
Experience in VTK, MITK, wxWidgets and object-oriented programming is an asset.
Experience in the use and development of medical imaging applications is an asset.
Good communication skills, responsibility, teamwork, and ability to work and learn independently.
