  • A global company multi-industrial manufacturing leader|Key Account Manager to development EV

Multinational company (OEM) with more than 45.000 employees around the world.




Reporting to a Sales manager, he/she will be responsible to manage the EV sales activities and works closely to other departments with the following main focus:

  • Work together with the S&Ei Manager and the Sales Manager s/he supports strategic planning including comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to understand the market niche, product development and penetration opportunities for the company.

  • Working closely with senior leadership and operations; Leverage local market knowledge with regards to EV to focus on growing core products and introduce new ones applying an outside in discipline with meaningful $/Car, value proposition and a sustainable differentiation.

  • Perform market research, test ideas in the marketplace, tailor sales approach to EV business segment.

  • Contribute to business development strategies and provide input into annual business development plans and LRP for EV.

  • Recognize new market segment and opportunities for EV business development and make a calculation of returns and investment.

  • Monitor relevant market development activities to ensure that they are in line with company business aims.

  • Identify 80 opportunities at their OEM's related to Core Products, Core Competencies (Clipping instead of screwing), Existing adjacencies and opportunities that require fast actions

  • Organize Project Acquisition (strategic focus).

  • Support the company's innovation strategies to identify opportunities utilizing the corporate Toolbox.

  • Defend offer (Calculation Analysis, Cost Break Down, final price).

  • Manage External Marketing (Build presentation materials, Leaflets …).

Requisitos mínimos

  • Bachelor's degree - B.A. /B.S. from four-year College or University in Business or Engineering, a master craftsman title or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales and Project management.

  • Experience in EV applications.

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is required.

  • Product Cost analysis experience is a must(Calculation, Cost Break Down)

  • Metal engineering and /or project management experience is a plus- a proven track record of projected innovative diversified products is a plus. (APQP)

LANGUAGES

  • Fluency in German, English and Spanish.

  • French is a plus.



EDUCATION & TRAINING
