• Identify, assess, control and report on cybersecurity risks (e.g., intrusion analysis, incident handling and response, malware analysis, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing).


• Direct contact with the different stakeholders.


• Implement and run continuous monitoring tools to prevent, detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents (e.g. malware detection, antivirus, EDR, IDS, WAF…).


• Engage with Business Units and Cybersecurity Partners / Vendors to identify IT Security requirements, perform risk assessments, and define IT Security policies.


• Implement security controls to ensure enforcement of policies and procedures.


• Collaborate in the definition, review and application of policies and standards.


• Support the business to identify relevant Information Security requirements for projects.

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computing Engineering or similar education. In lieu of education, relevant work experience


• 3+ years of experience as a CISO. In lieu of this, relevant security management experience


• 5+ years' relevant work experience as an Information Security Manager or similar


• Experience working with IT Global Service Partners


• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, and global environment.


• Ability to communicate cybersecurity and other technical issues to C-Level in simple terms.


• Experience with manage policy, risk, in Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF.


• Experience in Agile methodologies


• Excellent reference architecture and technical support documentation skills.


• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills


• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA.


• Certifications in Cloud is a plus (Azure, GCP or AWS) - Azure preferred.


• Business English fluency is a must, and spanish.
