Head of SEO

An innovative company is in search of an experienced SEO talent to become the Head of SEO for their exciting new project!

Based in the beautiful city of Valencia, your task will be to develop and lead a global SEO team, this is an incredible opportunity to be part of an ambitious new project, and to showcase your talent in an international environment which fuels creativity.

The project consists of the development of a new agency-for-agencies. In other words, our client is developing the first performance marketing dark kitchen in Europe which will offer performance marketing services to other European agencies in an innovative, agile and efficient way.

The Head of SEO will perform crucial analyses to create a strategies to tackle the various problems the agency clients are facing. Together with your team of international SEO talents, you will execute these strategies in close cooperation with the project managers.

*KEY FUNCTIONS*

* Analyse potential opportunities for revenue generation for clients - making quick decisions to maximise performance
* Develop and execute SEO strategy for clients
* Together with your team of SEO specialists, you will optimise site structure for SEO
* Identify, assess and implement international SEO best practices
* Monitor and feedback on the SEO performance of clients

* 3+ years demonstrable experience as an SEO Consultant or SEO Marketer in an agency environment
* Experience leading and developing other SEO talents
* Experience in SEO tools
* An analytical mindset, able to convert data into innovative, customer-orientated solutions
* Self driven, and the ability to motivate others
* Ambitious with a growth mindset
* Excellent communication skills
