Supply Officer and Quality Management:

As a Supply Officer and Quality Management, your primay responsabilities will include:

As SCQM act as interface with suppliers for operational activities.

· Assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision.

· Manage/contribute to supply chain & quality aspects of the contract being responsible for On time, on Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance.

· Manage supplier quality Approval ensure that suppliers are compliant with certifications required in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

· Monitor/a or support new product introduction, ToW, changes, to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase.

· Assess the Supplier capacity, capability & performance and contribute to the Supplier development.

· Identify the supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions.

· Work out short term recovery plans.

· Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects. Report on supplier operational performance.


As Supply Officer your main tasks and responsibilities will include:


· Establish Procurement activities of one or more products / packages / suppliers, guarantee the contractual framework of the suppliers with the company and provide the best purchasing conditions for the company.

· Manage all aspects of the procurement contract execution, being accountable for supplier On Quality On Time On Cost

· (OQOTOC), delivery of the goods, products or services and related documentation & services.

· Perform an effective control of supplier activities, securing a close understanding of supplier overall situation and scope.

· Implement recovery, improvement and development plan in order to secure delivery of the products and services in conformity with contract conditions.

· Coordinate the interfaces of all the stakeholders involved in the supplier operations management.

· Day-to-day manage the supplier to provide all deliverables.

· Contribute to the annual Supplier Evaluation Development (SED)

· Identify the supplier risks and proposes mitigation actions. Sets short term recovery plans together with the Supply Chain operational teams.


Apply the current associated tools to manage all activities related to supplier management


Previuos Experience:


· Knowledge in Electronics Components reports (Screening, Lot Acceptace Test, DPA, Radiation,etc...) according to SCC or Military rules will be appreciated.

· Experience in management of Non Conformity Reports. Knowledge and experience as the Electronics Components space standardization systems (MIL, ESCC) will be appreciated.

· Technical, quality and operational capability to manage topics at manufacturer level.

· Availability to travel to other sites or suppliers when reasonably required, sometimes at short notice.

· Demonstrable experience in SAP and Excel.

· Interpersonal skills, including communication, multi-functional team-working, flexibility, proactive behaviour.

· Good Team spirit and business-orientation.

· Rigorous, autonomous, self-motivated, ability to negotiate, good relationship, reactivity, ability to make decisions.


Languages required: Negotiation level in Spanish and English
