MISSION:

To ensure the optimal work of the HQ factory (Rubí) in terms of efficiency, equipment, Safety and Health, following the guidelines established at the AOP (Maintenance cost Center)

FUNCTIONS:

Participate in the preventive and corrective maintenance, schedule and actions. To propose plan and calendar. To keep the plan, actions and docs on database.

To schedule, to follow and overview the works contracted out to external companies

To follow the correct functioning and housekeeping state of the machinery key and implement actions to improve if required

New machinery: to assure the correct installation and starting of the machine, including the training also in terms of safety

Support to production in equipment troubles shooting and root cause failure to assure technical availability

Schedule and coordinate shutdowns to include preventive maintenance, major projects and facilities modifications

To propose improve in process (efficiency, safety, health)

Participate in meetings with production team and team leaders

Requirements

Internal Interactions: Production, Planning, Quality control. TPP

External Interactions: Suppliers

Key Knowledge: Technical, Legislation, Internal Processes, Project Management, and Advance office tools

Languages and level: Spanish: Level C, English Business level

What we offer:

• 720 euros gross per month (6e/h)


• 12 month internship agreement


• 6 hours per day from Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 14h00 or from 09h00 to 15h00.
