Mechanical Engineering Design

RDT Ingenieros is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Design.

General Scope: Support projects in logistic department. Develop and optimizate transport, tools and facilities of one platform.

Reporting to the logistics Technical Office Department, the scope of the service will consist of support projects, develop, and optimize transport, tools, and facilities of the platform in Global Logistic Department.The elaboration of technical documentation of transport and lifting equipment for projects. Supervising projects and support regions with technical questions about the designs and manufacturing, visits, validations, and others related to the function and the interaction under request of Technical Office Department.

Main tasks:

* Review, writing new processes for windfarm components in logistic phase, for both transport and lifting.
* Drafting and fulfillment of deliverables (2D drawings, 3D, operations manuals, weight, and dimensions documents,.) at project gate.
* Writing of an evaluation report of the performance of transport and lifting equipment’s.
* Attendance at meetings, validations, visits on demand, support and provision of solutions, measures to ensure operational processes.
* Writing of requirement documents for the design of new toolkits.
* Supervision and revision new toolkit development.
* Loading and creation of documentation in PDM/Windchill and Team Center.
* Search for commercial solutions, proposals to solve roadblocks from the technical point of view.
* Writing and maintenance of existing technical related documents and protocol originated in or related to Technical Office Department.scope, taking responsibility of them.

Superior technicians in industrial engineering, who will have accredited experience in field in the wind sector in logistics technical office

Fluent expression in English language (minimum B2), for the accomplishment of support and implementation in the matter of technical solutions for logistics.

The technicians will have training preferably in engineering. Knowledge in PDM/Windchill and TeamCenter, CATIA, Autocad and office package, with advanced Excel, will be valued.
