LABS RESEARCHER

Qonsius is a new venture builder based in Madrid that strives to create a positive social, environmental and financial impact through the development of a new theory and practice of entrepreneurship.ROLE PURPOSE Are you a curious person? Are you passionate about learning and investigating? At Qonsius, we need a new researcher in our Lab! We are looking for a person who loves to understand and explain concepts that can make businesses better. This knowledge will be later applied and implemented in our processes and tools.What will you have to do? a) Search concepts in internet. b) Engage with global theoretical, methodological & technological experts (individual and institutional) willing to contribute to our initiative.c) Structure and map all the information you have learned following our templates. d) Attend to meetings in order to explain the most relevant concepts you have found.

(MUST HAVES)- English fluent at working level.- Strong interests in the study of dynamic complex systems (basic understanding of systems thinking and systems dynamics).- Strong curiosity about entrepreneurship and making the World a better place.- Proficiency with digital working environments and productivity tools.(BONUS POINTS) - Experience with academic research, methodologies and tools.- Entrepreneurial experience/interest.- PhD or advanced research in complex systems dynamics, entrepreneurship, individual or social psychology, or climate change.
