If you're passionate about Human Resources, in our company we give you the opportunity to actively participate in three important areas: Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, and Engagement.

During the months of May, June and July you will be able to put into practice all your knowledge and start or continue your professional career.

What will your day-to-day work be like?

• Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs.
• Participate in the drafting and advertising of job postings.
• Collaborate in the screening, phone and HR Interviews whether for the recruitment of management positions for our restaurants and our offices.
• Collaborate in the organization of internal events, such as meetings or celebrations.

What is required to participate?

• Availability to work during the months: MAY, JUNE, and JULY
• Possibility to sign an agreement with your university during these three months.
• Currently studying for a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or similar.
• Interest and enthusiasm for learning about talent acquisition, training and development and employee experience.
