Contribute and implement a clear strategy, sales targets per account and per segment (EBITDA, profit, price, volume), action plan and deliver within the agreed budget (take action in case of deviation).
Build close and intimate relationships with customers, by visiting them, trying to understand and respond to their needs.
Actively looking for new business opportunities, tracking new trends and supports the introduction of new products or existing products for new applications.
She/he will appeal to an extensive network that enables them to find these new opportunities.
He/she must come to to Andalucía plant frequently.

Requisitos mínimos
At least 5 years experience in a commercial management position.
Excellent internal communication skills to share information from up to down.
Leading teams experience (at least 10 people).
Worked for a market leader.
Experience with value creation for OEM, distribution, and wholesale.
Experience with Industrial and/or Plumbing Applications or similar.
International experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer focused, knowing how to take care of the end customer.
Result oriented and target driven.
Problem solving.
Pro-active and and pragmatic attitude.
Negotiation, commercial,organization, communication and and teamwork skills.
Creativity.
