1. Defining and evangelizing the Product Vision:

-Building and nurturing the product vision with your Heads of Product. Driving the communication and alignment of the Product Vision and Roadmaps with all internal stakeholders.2. Driving an Insights-Driven culture:

-Identifying sustainable competitive advantages across a range of use cases and driving improvements on how we run benchmarking activities.

-Understanding the competitor landscape and industry trends across a range of use cases.3. Driving a high-quality implementation:

-Working across multiple teams to form coherent, think big, and start small approaches.

-Motivating your team to find creative ways to continue to ship frequently even for complex, high-dependency projects.

-Ensuring that relevant stakeholders are aware of the upcoming rollout in a timely manner, contributing to building training materials for the teams, and leading a progressive rollout strategy if needed.

-Getting your team to communicate releases to the company using the appropriate communication channels with a strong narrative containing rationale(s) behind the decisions taken and anticipating frequently asked questions.4. Growing your team:

-Influencing: you represent the gear in company strategic meetings and strategic product meetings. You are able to drive complicated decisions where several stakeholders are involved taking into account each one point of view. You can challenge the business requirements.

-Coaching and training.

-Reviewing and assessing.

Requisitos mínimos

Strategic thinker: A strong track record of successfully delivering Product vision, multi-year strategy, and transformation within a customer-centric and commercially minded business.

Product Experience: Minimum 7+ years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products.

Leadership: You are able to influence the organization and to motivate your colleagues and make them grow.

User-Obsessed: You are passionate about the users and have success stories on how you used continuous discovery to identify meaningful opportunities.
