IMAN Temporing Barcelona is seeking for S&OP Process Business Process Expert.



Functions and Responsibilities:

•Define, measure and automate S&OP process Kpi’s. To report, follow up and set targets for the Demand & Supply Planning Community.

•S&OP analytics and root cause analysis. Prepare all the necessary data to be able to draw relevant insights in Strategic S&OP meetings.

•Explore and identify opportunities to digitize and automate S&OP process and tools, being accurate, faster and efficient.

•Ensure the link with Planning Functions.

•Provide Technical guidance and support for all Demand & Supply Planning Community to solve any issue.

•To develop training material on processes and tools, and ensure team capabilities.

•To support the team on auditing local and global S&OP processes, ensuring standardization and develop corrective action plans.



What we offer you:



·A competitive salary; 30.000-32.000€.

•Experience: Any supply/demand planning experience with international environment will be valued.

•Education: Graduate in Engineering, Math, Administration or similar.

•Languages: Fluent English and Spanish are required

•Competencies: Drive for results, high analytical profile, holistic vision, team management and communication, organized and used to deliver on time in full. Value oriented. Business expertise.

•Specific Knowledge required: High skills in excel, powerpoint, macros, visual basic and other Microsoft office softwares.
