  • International Pharmaceutical company |Project with high impact in the company and visibility.

International pharmaceutical company focused on research an innovative products, is looking for a Shared Value & Sustainability Business Partner to promote the mindset at A Affiliate level, located in Barcelona.




You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Promote SV&S as a mindset among Management and Employees at Affiliate level.

  • Define the Affiliate Impact Profile and prioritise improvements.

  • Act as main point of contact for Global SV&S team and ensure relevant information are spread locally across the relevant departments.

  • Prioritization and Local Resource Planning: analyze the local impact of global SV&S actions and raise awareness locally, help the department prioritising SV&S actions in light of current & future business priorities, facilitate the dialogue with HQ to align on priorities, make sure that the local departments plan and secure resources to execute the priorities agreed.

  • May act as spokesperson on SV&S topics on the local market, together with the GM and other Leadership roles.

  • Coordination of the Impact Profile tool for the Affiliate, including the management of the tool and the responsibility for improvement actions/plans related to the Impact Profile.

  • B Impact Assessment annual update

  • Management of the B Corp certification (every 3 years). Responsible for the proper completion of the B Impact Assessment, including the coordination of answers with corporate SV&S, the collection of all the evidence and the documents supporting the answers provided.

  • Collection, check and organisation of Non-Financial data for sustainability. Act as a reference point for all affiliate colleagues involved in the data collection (e.g. emissions, water, waste); organise the numbers in appropriate virtual environment; liaise with Finance and other corporate departments for data check and management.

  • Promote, coordinate and evaluate local people engagement activities on the topics of sustainability, ensuring alignment with HQ guidelines.

  • Promote, evaluate and coordinate local community development projects

  • Map the local stakeholder engagement activities and ensure alignment with HQ.

  • Provide programme management for sustainability projects (corporate/local).

  • Ensure local communication related to sustainability topics is strongly aligned with corporate communication; contribute to local news and communication initiatives related to sustainability topics.

  • Local Disclosure Requirements: ensure compliance with sustainability reporting local requirements, by mapping Affiliate requirements and liaising with relevant departments in order to comply with local regulatory context.

Requisitos mínimos

You must meet the following requirements:

  • Technical education (Environmental Sciences, Chemical, Engineering o similar) and Master's or postgraduate program related to ESG or environment.

  • Over 8 years of experience in the sustainability field (preferably in international companies and/or consulting).

  • Experience in the management and execution of ESG projects.

  • Familiar with BIA - B Lab implementation.

  • High capacity for teamwork (cross-functional), international coordination, and leadership in project execution.

  • English / full professional proficiency.

  • Availability to travel 20% of the time.
