Our client is seeking a committed IT Application Support Analyst to join their IT department and the Retail Systems & Billing Team. The main responsibility of this role is to provide support for their Business Support Systems. The IT Application Support Analyst will work closely with end users and business stakeholders throughout the organization, the development team, and external software providers. Their responsibilities include resolving, managing, and escalating incidents, as well as some configuration and testing tasks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Application Support Analyst, Support Engineer, Junior Business Analyst, or in a similar role. To succeed in this role, strong organizational, analytical, and communicative skills are essential.
