We are currently looking for experienced, skilled and motivated Media & Planning Manager to be part of a strong team commited to delivering excellence and achieving our goals in line with our commercial objectives.

Mission:

Ensure that SEAT as an organization maintains a leading position in digital media managing and coordinating all related technology and innovation projects. Be the face of SEAT in front of technology, innovation partners and third party stakeholders assuring the implementation of the SEAT Brand media strategy through the development of digital data strategic frameworks. Full responsibility of overseeing the strategic output of the team, ensuring delivery and implementation throughout the process.

Main responsabilities:

- Manage the SEAT media team overseeing the strategic output of the team ensuring delivery and implementation throughout the process. Hold the overall global responsibility of the global Media and SEO agencies ensuring the “Brand House” maximizes benefit for markets.

- Drive the development of annual media guidelines and product campaigns and launches frameworks ensuring local plans reflect and deliver the global strategy. Full responsibility of raising overall media planning standards across all markets, sharing new business opportunities and best practices.

- Define the new media strategic approaches and services with focus on data driven activation, consumer centric planning and innovation, fostering new technology stacks to reinforce SEAT positioning as innovative brand and increase markets efficiencies.

- Ensure the development of a global data driven strategy with focus onn programmatic and search as well as the optimization and efficiency of markets budgets supporting markets to apply the global strategy and innovations according to their needs.

- Promote the integration of global partnerships and global content deals in the central / local campaign strategies and planning to reinforce SEAT as innovative brand.

Requisitos mínimos
Requirements:

- 5 years´ experience working in 360º media with experience in digital media

- Excellent oral and written communicaction skills with an ability to engage effictively with range of stakeholders

- Advanced English

- Customer and financial orientation

- Excellent teamwork skills, strong work ethic and self-motivated.
