This time, we are hiring a Human Resources Technician to perform Human Relations tasks for national and international employees, aiding in human resources decision-making.

Job Description:

* Give support to talent acquisition and management of international employees.
* Maintain constant communication with external agencies and consulting offices.
* Perform international profile interviews.
* Carry out performance assessments of different profiles.
* Support all human resources duties.

* Higher education in Human Relations, Business Administration or similar.


* +2 years’ experience in a similar role.


* Knowledge of national and international labor laws and policies.


* Advanced knowledge of English and Spanish (tested in interview)


* Advanced level of Microsoft Office 365º


* Excellent communication and time management skills.
